The brothers who run the hotel, Mizo and Mouffa, were great hosts! I arrived at 3.30am and they were awake waiting for me after sorting out a transfer from the airport, with a welcome drink waiting for me on arrival. They were really helpful in sorting out a tour guide for a few days for me, Islam, who was also fantastic. The rest of the staff were extremely polite and were available whenever needed. Mizo checked in everyday by WhatsApp to make sure everything was going ok which was a nice touch. The views from the rooftop are spectacular, and you get a great view of the nightly light show of the Pyramids. I’d definitely book again for the service alone, but the location next to the Pyramids can’t be beaten. The cost was more than reasonable, a true hidden gem!

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. It’s a great place to live, it’s very close to the pyramids. You will also enjoy the back side of the pyramids. The staffs were unbelievable friendly and welcoming. We arrived late at night, around 3am but they waited for us and offered us welcome drinks and fruits. The owner named Gabry was also always there to help us. He gave us free ride to the pyramids and call us a taxi to the airport with very reasonable price. Their complementary breakfast was good, we didn’t expect it that good. Btw the hotel has a nice terrace where you can have the beautiful pyramids view. I must say I enjoyed my staying there and will definitely be back.

The staff here deserves a special mention. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. They arranged our tours around Egypt seamlessly, which made us feel very safe and well taken care of throughout the whole trip. Their support made everything so much easier and stress-free. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options and fresh food. We also tried other dishes during our stay, and everything was so tasty and prepared with great care. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, beautiful views, and outstanding hospitality. We felt at home from the first moment and completely secure knowing we had a team looking out for us. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
