We felt looked after the entire stay, and it took away all the stress that usually comes with traveling. What we appreciated most was how smooth everything went. No issues whatsoever—check-in was easy, the room was ready, and all our inquiries got answered quickly. It’s rare to stay somewhere and not have even a small problem, but this place managed it. We felt taken care of and heard every time we reached out. The location is also a big plus. Being right around West Nanjing Road made it so convenient to walk to malls, restaurants, and the metro. Even though it’s a busy area, we didn’t have trouble resting at night. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable five-night stay. The bed was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the space felt safe. Communicating with the host was also easy. They were friendly, quick to respond, and gave helpful information about the area and the check-in process. Little things like that really matter when you’re in a new city. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. No complaints at all. It’s the kind of place we’d recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai, and we’d definitely stay here again in the future.
