From the start the staff were kind and attentive. I was offered a welcome drink (can of coke) and then was greeted with cookies in my room! The room was simple, clean and had all the amenities you could need. I really enjoyed having 4 bottles of water provided each day. The included breakfast buffet was very impressive. They offered loads of western and local options. The hotel also offers easy to use laundry machines, special shoutout to the staff who gave me coins which allowed me to do my laundry for free!

The streets of the Hutong were extremely clean. The staff, even though they didn’t speak English, did everything they could to communicate with us smoothly. They picked us up from the airport exactly as planned. The hotel left us speechless — incredibly beautiful, incredibly clean. We have traveled in many ways and stayed in many types of accommodations, and so far, this one is our number one. The decoration is gorgeous, the hotel is very well soundproofed, the bathroom is one of the best, and the staff were so attentive that they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The beds are the best. We had an excursion scheduled at a certain time in the morning, and right on time they served us a delicious, typical breakfast. They informed us that the taxi driver would be five minutes late — and it was exactly five minutes. Without a doubt, it was a very wise decision to stay here. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, including an Americano and a latte, which were very good. They also have a small cafe at the reception where you can buy drinks to go. In the evenings after 8 PM, you can go down to the first floor for free snacks, which were also good. I recommend searching for the hotel's location on Didi, as other apps showed incorrect locations.
