It is a nicely decorated hotel in Chinese style with all the amenities. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast is exceptional. To highlight the friendliness of the staff, particularly Huong Hoai Ngoc at the reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we checked in, they gave us watermelon juice. They also stored our luggage for us while we went out for lunch since we arrived a bit early.

Hotel was wonderful, exactly like in the photos unlike some other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. Staff were super helpful and friendly and were very responsive in their communication. Location was great! Awesome little cafe around the corner called Lavie Concept - more than coffee. Try the chewy cheese coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazingly large, centrally located in a very popular tourist area with many restaurants, historical attractions, a beautiful walking area leading up to the lighted Bridge across the perfume River. The staff was very friendly, treated me with the ultimate and utmost respect, assisted me in dealing with a booking problem that I had with booking.com. Mr Phuc Nguyen was extremely helpful in accommodating me with a new room. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have beautiful views of the garden and the perfume river which is something I would highly recommend you booking. Nice clean, quiet hotel with exceptional friendly, professional, and very customer oriented staff throughout the hotel. I feel that the hotel is reasonably priced and it included breakfast which is a plus. All the stuff and I highly recommend this hotel for others to stop in while they're traveling.

An okay option for city stay with modern comforts. Has potential for a high score, due to great views, location, quality of materials, breakfast restaurant, however there were details in each area that needed improvement. Christmas decorations in lobby were great.
