Great hotel with clean rooms and a nice balcony. Cleaning service every day. Super friendly and helpful staff. We booked boat tour through them, rented scooters and got tips for hiking and climbing spots - all super helpful and great tips! Their pool on the top is lovely and clean. Can truly recommend this spot. The location is a bit further from the “main” streets but if you like it more quiet like we do - this is perfect! We walked to and from the city for dinners. It was very good value for the price.

Beautiful setting, lovely pool, nice little huts, very comfortable bed & pillows. The staff, Dat and particularly Doam’s (only 16) service was excellent. He spoke very good English, helped us with every thing we needed….. ordering our meals, finding out information about any thing, booked our trips, arranged Taxis and Coach/Ferry transportation back to the main land. There was nothing he was not able to do or arrange for us.

A must do Lan Ha Bay! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. We felt relaxed and truely enjoyed the scenic views. The staff were unbelievable! They were so friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time ☺️

Everything was great! The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Dat, who was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic — he provided us with lots of useful information about Cat Ba and made our stay even more enjoyable. I think it was great value for money considering it is one day all inclusive trip. It is more than just accomodation. Triple room had balcony.

Had an amazing trip with alova cruises. The staff were very friendly and kept us up to date on pick up times, meeting points and daily activities. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this cruise, great value for money and they keep you well fed!
