The hotel is very good. Our stay with our kids has been exceptional, everyone in the hotel are helpful and provides good service. We are also able to forward our luggages to Tokyo via the hotel, they have been very helpful. Breakfast options are excellent, we love it. Free flowing drinks is the highlight for my kids who loves to get their hot or iced cocoa when they can. The public bath is very clean. I especially love spending time in the steam sauna while waiting for our laundry. Lastly, location is just good. Train station is nearby and a lot of nearby places to dine and shop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how clean and tidy everything was, and the view was pretty, especially at night. Vending machines for drinks and free ice from the ice machine 😂 Very close to chiba minato station.Right next to a 7 Eleven 😊

The moment you check in to checking out the service from staff is excellent especially the staff who greet you and wave you off outside when you leave absolutely amazing. Staff with their passion and enthusiasm is paramount to having a successful hotel. We enjoyed the Hyatt very much and we will look forward to coming back for sure.

The room is comfortable, the facility seems quite new and very clean. One of the few hotels with room option for the whole family and there was a hidden gift certificate in the room, which was really cool. The staff personal are very kind. The breakfast is delicious. I super recommend it.
