From check-in to check out, everything at this Hotel was great. The Staff really make you feel so welcome. Great Breakfast selection to help you start your day and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The rooms are spacious and a very comfortable bed. Very nice ensuite bathroom. The location was excellent. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 12 minute walk to the city centre (amphitheatre). The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. We were provided with a clean room, bedding, and towels each day. The water pressure was very good, with large bathrooms and hot water. Electric heating was comfy, and the towel heater in the bathroom was great. Breakfast was pretty good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and Italian meat and cheese plates. Also, fruit and crosaint/toast/pastry. Juice bar and machine coffee with multiple (10+) coffee types. You can also kindly ask the barista for a capuchino. You can also purchase an omelette or speciality breakfast. The elevators (2) were new, working, and quick, although it was during the off-peak time of the year (Dec 20-24).
