Breakfast is divine. A healthy selection of fruit, yogurt, juices and the most inviting selection of pastries. I loved the grounds and patios - so beautifully decorated with large pottery urns overflowing with blossoms. I loved listening to the bees buzzing and the birds singing when I first wake up of a morning and seeing all the colourful blossoms - particularly the brilliant bougainvilleas.

This eco-friendly property is set in the lower Salento countryside, between 4 and 5 km from the beaches of Torre San Giovanni, Lido Marini, and Pescoluse.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The grounds were in excellently shape, and the pool looked great and inviting but a bit cool due to the time of year. The breakfast was good.

Parco dei Principi - Resort & Spa is in the Torre San Giovanni district of Ugento, 10 metres from the hotel's private beach. Drinks and meals are served on the terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea.

The personnel was really sweet. They opened the Spa eepecially for us. Also Theresa at breakfast was great. She knew exactely when we needed more coffee :)

We had a really good experience. The hotel has high standards for quality, the materials used, service, hospitality and structure. The ingredients used in the kitchen are fresh and taken from the property garden. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Special highlight to the way all of them treated my 16 months old kid, very attentive and kind during all our stay. The pool area is beautiful. Just a small recommendation is to consider having a heating system in the pool, so it will enhance even more the already great facilities available, specially during some not so hot seasons. We strongly recommend the hotel and we hope to come back soon.

For a weekend away, it was just perfect. Quiet surroundings with attentive staff that always went above and beyond to help out.
