Beautiful, clean spacious modern apartment! Well equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machines with possibility to buy capsules at the reception. Silvia at the reception was very nice and helpful! Small train station is just behind the corner (you can get to Lago d’Iseo), it is also close to Brescia city centre that we recommend to explore. Brescia is good starting point for various trips (Lago di Garda, Verona, Bergamo, Milano,…)

What a wonderful stay, the warm welcome, the fabulous upgrade to their best room for our wedding anniversary, the excellent staff especially on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hospitality, the design, the functionality and the atmosphere were all perfect and we will 100% be visiting Areadocks again. Oh and the Oriental Japanese restaurant was incredible especially the service from Juan. And the spa was also amazing. We have a private hour in the spa and it was heavenly. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here asap x

Everything, it is indeed exceptional for its category and the service they provide. Super clean and comfortable, spacious apartment with spacious bathroom with head shower. Sauna and ultimate Technogym equipped little gym. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, ladies were regularly checking on us if there us anything else we may need. The cost was a real find for the offer. The owners and their personnel was so welcoming and warm, attentive to our needs and even did an extra mile to get us supper at later hours after a long drive. Will definitely return. It is a real homelike gem in Brescia.
