Excellent location in between the city center and the ski lifts. Modern ambience and excellent personnel. The breakfast was great. Best eggs and bacon ever tasted and a vast selection of sweets.

Breakfast is amazing, omelette and oxeye are always fresh right before you. There is a steak house under the hotel, also excellent service and food...and wine of course :) The rooms were tidy and clean every day. The staff is nice and accommodating.

Everything was amazing Finally a 4 star hotel with great amenities The staff was exceptional and very professional and helpful, rooms are cozy modern and cute with beautiful terrace. The spa and the pool also really good In the evening they also have soft live music which is very romantic Highly recommended, it remains my favorite place in Bormio

Perfect position just in front of the Stelvio ski slope. We have been accommodated so well by the staff, friendly, polite and really nice. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, the hotel offers a lot of facilities too explained in the description of the structure. The restaurant was very good, we had a great dinner and breakfast. Hotel has only been open 22 days and was set high in the mountain. Was getting ready for Olympics and will be successful in attracting customers as is fitted to a high standard.. Food was excellent and views were fantastic. Well worth the long uphill approach.

Absolutely amazing service! The waiter at the bar is an incredible guy — super professional and genuinely kind. Even though the kitchen was already closed and there was no chance of getting any food, he went out of his way to help us. He offered to prepare something himself, and it turned out delicious! He didn’t have to do it, but he did — and thanks to him, we didn’t go to bed hungry. Huge respect and gratitude. People like him make all the difference!

Hotel Cristallo is 400 metres from the cable car to Bormio Ski Area and 300 metres from the thermal baths. For an extra fee, guests may enjoy the wellness centre.
