At arrival when I showed the booking id and not the invoice. receptionist couldn't confirm 1 villa we booked. He said that 1 single room is booked on this no. This part was tricky and taxing as we were a family of 5+1child on vacation this took 45 mins to get sorted. There was no clarity as the software booking system was not reflecting booking details of previous day. This created lot of confusion and delay in our plan.
