We stayed at this hotel before our climb to the volcano. The manager was very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed discovering this hotel as a new and comfortable place, and when we took a dip in the hot spring, we felt truly blissful. It was amazing! Book it without hesitation. Spent two nights at Desa Oculus with my friends, and honestly, it was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the place just had this perfect mix of relaxation and style. The design is stunning, the vibe is peaceful, and everything just feels well thought out. There were a couple of tiny things that could be improved — but what really stood out was how the staff genuinely cared. They listened, took feedback seriously, and made sure we had the best experience. I absolutely loved it here and already know I’ll be back a few more times. The most friendly staff in the world! Every member of staff I met could not be more helpful and accommodating to our needs. The pool is heated so was lovely to enjoy even on slightly cooler days. The room was regularly cleaned during our stay. The setting was lovely, garden areas well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant was amazing. Wide choice of food for breakfast including traditional Indonesian breakfasts along with cereals, croissants and fry up stuff.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by rice fields that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. There is a lovely pool with stunning views. The restaurant offers delicious food. The staff are all extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
