We really liked the location and the decor of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful especially the lady in the reception who understood the difficult situation we were in and couldn’t do enough to help us sort out our issue. She made sure that even when my mum did not speak a word English she will have everything she needs while we had to leave for couple hours. She also sorted out accommodation for us for another two nights, which was absolutely lovely with breathtaking views. The bartender from bar next to reception was also super helpful and sorted out dinner for us without previous reservation. He was polite, joking with our son and making sure that we have everything we need, which just added personal touch to the whole experience. We recommend the hotel anyone who is looking for excellent service, nice, cosy and elegant hotel, great food and lovely views. We will definitely come back here.

We had a really lovely stay. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to welcome. They have a secure bike shed which was great for us travelling with bikes. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Food & breakfast was also great!

We had a beautiful spacious room, the facilities were all very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very accommodating. When we arrived we were told that they would not be serving dinner that evening because they don't serve dinner on Mondays, but the staff were quick to offer us alternatives and help us order food from a nearby restaurant to have in the hotel bar. The breakfast the next morning was excellent as well.

Our room was spacious with a sofa and coffee table. Modern shower room. All very clean. The view and location were excellent. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order from quality ingredients.
