Rooms are spacious and soundproofing is good enough for a restful night. Staff is amazing: professional, friendly and accomodating including in the context of a very late arrival. I have stayed in several similarly priced hotels in Münster, and this is by far my favourite option.

The hotel’s location is perfect to explore the old town and lake.It is also a short distance from the central train station. We loved the size of the room. It was nice to be able to open a window although the noice from the busy street woke us up when the window was open. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a prime location close to highway. and nearby great restaurants room was really big and comfy. staff were really polite and helpful thru out the stay. Compliments for the staff for being so kind.

Travelling with a family a 4. It was very easy to find a free parking space, the staff was very helpful. The room was well suited for 2 children and 2 adults. Good breakfast options. The wifi worked without issues. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very nice and is located right in the centre of Munster which allows for walks around the centre without any difficulty. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot providing suggestions of what to visit.
