The hotel feels modern and new. The facilities are very good. The breakfast is outstanding in terms of variety. Girlie the hostess was also very helpful with the guests. The hotel is really close to the 401 so it's just a hop to the airport. It's also on a main street that leads to downtown Mississauga and the Square One mall.

The hotel was extremely well kept, room's very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, I was let down by an airline and needed accommodation for the night, the staff at check in helped and even offered some emergency supplies such as a toothbrush etc. Very much welcomed after a long haul and delayed / cancelled flights with no luggage.

We arrived after a late-night flight, and the HIE was exactly what we'd hoped for. The shuttle arrived quickly, and the hotel is very close to the airport. It was so quiet in our room, and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The space was amazing as a family. The beds were comfortable, two TV’s amazing.. the bathroom was clean n loads of towels to take us for even a week of we were to stay there for a week. The staff were amazing, the front office manager was helpful n I can say is a good problem solver n a good listener.
