Lovely property, it had everything you need for a short or long stay. A well stocked kitchen, 2 balconies for alfresco dining or just to enjoy an evening drink. With a good choice of restaurants near by, and the sea front just around the corner. We only stayed for one night, but wished we could stay longer.

Located on the Shipwrecked Coast of Victoria in Australia, Waves on Banyan formerly Comfort Inn International is just 4 minutes’ drive from Warrnambool Train Station.

Spacious and well-equipped room (we booked a 2 bedroom unit). Anthea and John who ran the property were very friendly and made us feel at home. EV charging was available so we did not have to look for one elsewhere and saved a lot of waiting time. We stayed for two nights. Highly recommended.

We got a town house with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (1 up/1 down), which is well beyond our expectation. It was convinient to shop from the supermarket (around 3 blocks away) and cook by ourselves. The living room has a large table that we had a warm family dinner.

Very clean room and area. Staff greeting me at the entrance and was so lovely. There were three very comfortable beds and it had all the facilities needed.

Elm Tree is a no-frills accommodation, well suited for our one night stay. That said, everything from service to cleanliness of the room and bathroom to the comfort of the beds (the heated mattress pads were very much welcomed!). Felt bad that I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted with our check-in. We are grateful for her recommendation to book a car ferry from Geelong to get to Philip Island. We had originally planned to drive through Melbourne City. The car ferry saved us much time. Thank you! 😊 Location-wise, Elm Tree also has eating places nearby, including KFC drive-thru right next door. Hands-down will stay here again if we travel to Warnambool!
