We didn't expect anything when we booked. when we came we greeted with a nice guy amd two cute dos. This place it's nice, different you can't expect much from country accomodation and they are fixing some rooms in the property. We are happy for what we got. It's good quite place if you need it, and we would love to back again!

Very nice suite/apartment in Salamanca Place- very central to everything. I stayed in Hobart for 4 days and this was the perfect accomodation. I loved the separate 'living area' and kitchenette (loved the inclusion of the coffee machine and air fryer) in my room. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was spacious and clean. I didn't actually meet the staff at all but check in and check out was very easy with good information given via email and booking.com messages. Close by many restaurants, bars and a small shop within 2-3 minute walk The only thing to be aware of would be re Parking. As they had limited parking- I was only able to park my car in the car park behind from 3pm in the evening and until 10 am in the morning (cost approx 11AUD per night) before having to move my car during the mid morning/early afternoon. This was fine on the days I was away from Hobart seeing sites but difficult to work around when I went to the MONA one of the days as street parking around the area has a 3 hour max limit. However the rest of my stay was wonderful and I would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing historic house. Chaxi and Julian are great hosts and did a wonderful job transforming this house into a boutique hotel. Everything was nice, the garden is incredible.

The location of the apartment and friendly staff made a big difference. It was clean, good sized, comfortable beds and nice heating. The reception lady helped us with our bags when we checked in as the apartment was a little away from the checking in place. Was serviced everyday which was great. All nice restaurants were just 5 mins walk away. All amenities were good and in excellent condition.
