Great location, 15 min walk (also with kids) to the cable car. I travelled alone with kids and was worried about transportation around but there was a free shuttle that took us from the train station and around the area when we needed it (for free).

Great location, helpful Hotel manager, good coffee included. Though the room was very small, they made a good job to organize it a good way. I recommend for 1-2 night stay.

The hotel is located next to the mountain railway that leads to the Schneeberg mountain. This is very convenient for lovers of hiking routes on the mountain. Very beautiful place! Friendly staff, good breakfasts, clean. No complaints about this place!

The location is amazing at the foot of the mountains so beautiful views all around. The hotel was great, food and comfort and all. We used the spa which was a great way to relax. The hotel lent us some bicycles to cycle around which was good fun. Most of all the staff were exceptional. they greeted us very kindly and were so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. It was truly an amazing experience. Thank you ☺️

Great authentic hotel with interesting design and beautiful views. Fantastic breakfast and high quality dishes in the restaurant. We were planning to stay for one night but eventually asked for another.
