I stayed at Oryx Grand Hotel Jabal Hafeet with my family and rented two rooms. The staff was wonderful, especially the employee Sarah, who provided excellent service. The location is very beautiful in terms of the view and cleanliness, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I have a few comments: - There is no breakfast included with the booking, and the meal prices are quite high. - The towels and bedding in the room were old. Despite these comments, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future trip to the same hotel. Thank you
