Search five-star hotels in Phu Quoc Island

employees dont speak english enough. this is quite disapointing. why company dont ensure to give english classes to staff. cant accept an hotel 5 stars having staff in reception or attending phone call for room service without minimum acceptable english level to communicate with expat customers

This resort is unbelievable. So worth the money for a real 5 star experience. We stayed in the mid range bungalows with a bath and our room was incredible. The staff cant do enough for you, very clean. The hotel has 3 restaurants and its own private beach which was beautiful. Probably the most luxurious place i have ever stayed. 100% stay here

Only giving 9 but not 10 because the property does not have own beach, everything else was excellent, the staff, beds, breakfast, cleanness, all 5 stars! There is also infinity pool and almost nobody use it!

What a fantastic little resort. The location is awesome right on the beach which has its own private beach and beds. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and speak good English, especially the young lady on reception. The restaurant is right on the beach and the food has been amazing, the chef cooks the fish to perfection and the Curry's are outstanding. The breakfast is simple but cooked fresh and tasty. Our room has an amazing Sea view with big balcony and the room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend and great over value.

I'm very satisfied to stay here, the staff is great, they support me with everything. The swimming pool is very clean and spacious. There are many foreigners here and I can make friends with them. I recommend this place. 5 stars

Amazing resort, very friendly staff rooms where very clean and spacious definitely worth the price. Very close to town centre and main attractions. They also provide scooter hire at the resort ☺️ Breakfast was amazing a variety of different options. buggy service to your room and restaurant Suzann the receptionist was superb made us feel very welcomed and went up and beyond to help us with any inquiries, honestly just having that kind of services 5 stars. Can’t wait to come back next year…

Close to town centre. Very clean. Great Wi-Fi. The resort staff certainly deserves more than 5 stars.

It may not be 5 stars, but our family had a 5 star experience! The staff were amazing (taking a big liking to our children); our hut was a different experience having high up openings for the breeze + fans; the pool was lovely; it was very quiet, besides the sounds of the frogs, cows, etc; and we could conveniently have drinks and meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and hire scooters on-site, when need be.

Well maintained property and a true 5 star resort in Phu Quoc. Staff was experienced and super friendly. They made our stay a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Breakfast buffet was amazing. We booked Club rooms and the staff in the Club lounge was the best we encountered on this trip (we stayed at 3 different resorts, all billed as 5 Stars). Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Phu Quoc.
