We had a really bad Airbnb experience so we wanted to find something with great reviews, that the cleanliness level was good with great staff and Five Star West Lake didn't disappoint. We have rented a motorbike so our transportation was easy and we were independent. Very tasty breakfast too, based on a bento box kind of concept. Be aware that the bed mattress is super hard (we loved it).

The personel from the driver, reception desk, buffett workers to the spa ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean, they had useful amenities like dental set, razor kit, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The spa treatments had a good quality. The entire stay was really pleasant.
