GM Premium was by far the best experience I have ever had. The hotel staff is the best, the rooms are amazing and clean, the breakfast was top class and the rooftop bar was magical. What made our experience extra amazing is having Peter as our travel agent. Peter organised all our transfers, hotels for us to sapa, night bus, stay and entertainment. He gave us amazing deals and was a saving grace for us. He is always ontop of everything, fast to respond and always available to help. So not only was the hotel amazing, but played a big part in our visit to Vietnam. The service I personally rate with 10 stars. The location is also amazing. We went back to this hotel between our travels got treated the exact same way and even got upgraded. I would recommend this hotel and Peter to everyone going to vietnam. Best experience ever!
