The room was clean, stylish, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee was great and the café area had a nice vibe. Staff were friendly, quick to help, and easy to communicate with. Amazing staff who even arranged a cake and sang happy birthday to me on my birthday. The place was super clean and the amenities were fantastic. Couldn’t fault the place. Would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

Went with a friend and we truly had a blast. The crew were extremely attentive and friendly and our cruise manager Harry took care of all our needs and questions. He and the crew also had great relationships with the people at the excursions so we also got to skip lines and see much more. Our bartender Boo was the BEST!! Such a sweet person who came up with different drinks and did his best to be hospitable. Harry is also a talented singer, musician and magician so you’re never lacking for entertainment! Food is also great, and they accommodate vegetarians. Their jacuzzi and balcony are top notch.

We had a one-night stay on the Indochine Grand Cruise in Halong Bay Area , and we absolutely loved it from the very first moment until the last minute! The staff were incredible: so friendly, organised, and always attentive. They explained everything in advance, reminded us about activities, and were present during all excursions, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and delicious. I follow a low-carb diet, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many suitable and tasty options were available. Our cabin was comfortable, though we spent most of our time enjoying the wonderful activities or relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine. It was truly the highlight of our 10-day trip in Northern Vietnam — the only experience my family and I genuinely loved from start to finish. The cruise team and program made me feel that I might actually come back to Vietnam again )
