He and the crew also had great relationships with the people at the excursions so we also got to skip lines and see much more. Our bartender Boo was the BEST!! Such a sweet person who came up with different drinks and did his best to be hospitable. Harry is also a talented singer, musician and magician so you’re never lacking for entertainment! Food is also great, and they accommodate vegetarians. Their jacuzzi and balcony are top notch.

The staff were incredible: so friendly, organised, and always attentive. They explained everything in advance, reminded us about activities, and were present during all excursions, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and delicious. I follow a low-carb diet, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many suitable and tasty options were available. Our cabin was comfortable, though we spent most of our time enjoying the wonderful activities or relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine. It was truly the highlight of our 10-day trip in Northern Vietnam — the only experience my family and I genuinely loved from start to finish.
