The staff!! The catering manager, Dean? I think, and all of the staff were so attentive.
The hotel is only a few months old and exudes elegance. The interior design was stunning . The bedroom was so relaxing and having just spent 5 weeks in Vietnam from Hanoi to Can Tho , Charmant suites had the fluffiest towels and cosiest fluffy bathrobes of any similar hotel we stayed in! It was within a few minutes walk of the boats that tour the Mekong. The breakfast never failed to deliver no matter what your food preference was. Excellent.. If you stay, please use the stunning infinity pool.. so relaxing!

Remarkably accommodated for dinner even after kitchens were closed. Were given different options of venues for dinner after closing time. Very well priced for an internationally rated hotel. Fabulous address, close to CBD, shopping areas and Chinese New Year lighting.

Loved the location and our view from the balcony of the busy, bustling river. Definitely worth getting the river-facing rooms. Pool was good to cool off in. Nice spacious room. Plenty of eating places and local market nearby.

Very professional and efficient staff, the rooms are elegantly furnished, spacious and quiet. The toiletries are top quality. The view towards the river is stunning.
Best breakfast we had while in Vietnam, very peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant.

Wow wow the exceed my expectations.
The hotel IS in the center a wonderful view on the lake, large room ,clean with all the necessary aminities.
The breakfast was wonderful and so much choice.
In collaboration with the reception guy (I don't know his name ,smiley face/ I made Surprise to my Friend on her birthday and he helped Book a boat to floating Market and also decorated it.
An outstanding Set UP in the room with cake fruit offred by the hotel.
