Connecting rooms availability which is very convenient for families where the doors are facing each other with a main door for privacy and sound isolation. The beds are very comfy. The bathroom with amazing shower and separate toilet area. The sink has a step for little children to use. Toilters available are very useful. They provide slippers and robes for adults and children. The room view is amazing overlooking the park, swimming pool with spacious balcony. The house keeping team is amazing. The swimming pool is amazing with slides and it’s heated. The kids club is a god send for children suitable for babies and teenagers with a variety of activities and also video games. The gym if fully equipped. There is a door that takes you directly into Nickelodeon land and the park. The characters come everyday you can find them in the lobby or in the park. In the night's the entertainment was again varied and outstanding in quality and variety, by the same team as the poolside days. We stayed at the hotel in January, and I can sum it up in one word—excellent! Everything was fast, accurate and polite from the reception desk to the staff of restaurant. First of all, I would like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Vural at Guest Relations. He was so much attentive to details and was always ready to help with all our questions. It was important for us because we traveled with a kid (2years old). It was great to see, how high level of professionalism in the hotel. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team especially Ms Sedez and to Mr. Memet for organizing two amazing birthday celebrations! Also, thanks to Yunus for the beautiful cocktails at the lobby bar. The food was outstanding( a giant variety of everything from breakfast time to dinner) and sure, the pastries, which were paired with excellent coffee and cakes. The rooms and the entire hotel grounds were perfect and clearly designed with great attention to detail and love( a green territory with lots of rare trees and fantastic eco decorations) I’m giving a 10/10 rating for all services and the hotel’s design!
