The location is great - right on the edge of the Medina, so both easy to access the Medina and easy to leave the Medina. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was very nice. The building itself was beautiful, especially some of the rooms on the way to the elevator. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which was on the expensive side but offered a good menu and atmosphere. Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful.

Many thanks to Thamer at reception for being amazingly helpful in booking a tour for me on a short notice to visit Dougga and Bulla Regia, and also for him and the hotel’s kind gesture on my birthday which was on my first day at that hotel. Also many thanks to Jemal at the ground floor restaurant and to all the staff there for being always kind, professional and very helpful. A memorable stay.
