Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

Really lovely staff, nothing was too much for them. Shout out to Sabhi at the snack bar and Amri at the lobby bar. Also the check in staff were great and gave us an amazing room. The place itself is stunning, the pool and beach are clean and enjoyable. Easy to walk along the beach straight in to town if you feel like it, it's safe and about 45 minute walk. Seemed to be mostly British people enjoying the nightly entertainment and unlimited drinks ;)

Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team. While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to pool/sea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm! Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!
