It's a very basic hotel. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Best to rate the hotel 2.5 stars or 3 stars. The hotel is so basic. The hotel looks very run down and the furniture is all very old. The safe box in the room is not working. We asked for an iron and they don't have it. Lift is very old.

An electrical outlet is missing in the bathroom. Expect that, the room was nice, the restaurant was nice as well as the SPA. The pool is a bit too small for such a 5 stars hotel. The employees are all very kind.

The location of Phi Phi island is very great, and it is the reason for me to choose here second time. very close to shark view point and I can swim there. here has nice almost private beach, and great fire dance show at night. Hotel also has nice restaurant ( price is good), 5 stars dive center ( the reason why i stay here for 4 nights), and small supermarket. it provide me everything needed. very very nice staffs here, and they help me a lot of experiences about sea and diving.
