The hotel exceed my expectations, the room was clean and comfortable, we hade lunch at the hotel and it was various and well organized and really tasty, the location near the haram and speakers were all over the place and inside the room, it was 5 min from the haram All the staff were very friendly and polite and helpful starting from the reception (specially MR Abdullah AL Baz ) to the restaurant and house keeping. Felt welcome from all of the staff This hotel will be definitely my choice for my next visit to alharam alshareef in Mecca

Honestly I really loved how staff are taking care of their guests. This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid. I will definitely come back to this place

Located in front of King Abdulaziz Gate, this modern hotel offers rooms with stunning views of Mecca’s skyline. It features an on-site restaurant with 24-hour room service. Great customer service from Raed, he went above and beyond with his customer service. Made the trip enjoyable and pleasant, my dad was critical in hospital and he made every effort to help us with our stay. All concierges and helpers were really nice alhamdulillah . I would suggest to stay here and contact Raed for the best service.
