Cleanliness of the hotel, friendly staff at the front desk and housekeeping staff were amazing. Location was ideal to get to the haram. The front desk staff were able to accommodate adjoining rooms since we had young ones.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, very comfortable beds and pillows, close to shops and restaurants. Staff were professional and friendly, especially Waleed Malki and Mahfoz. Breakfast was delicious via room service. Would definitely recommend staying here.
