The male receptionist Mishaal was fast & helpful. We were given an upgrade upon our arrival which was very nice of them. All staff were friendly and helpful especially the breakfast receptionist lady, the breakfast staff especially Mark, and Sheikha at the reception desk. Very warm and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

Designed in the style of the 16th Century castle, the 5-star InterContinental offers spacious and comfortable accommodations overlooking the Oasis of Palm Trees. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. Excellent hotel overall. The restaurant and the buffet are very tasty and the variety of food is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner included and i think it was a good choice because there are not many good food options around. The SPA, swimming poon and gym are excellent. Parking / Valet also availible.
