Hong KongThe staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to know you personally. Their customer service was impeccable and problems were resolved swiftly. They often went above and beyond. Especially Sam at the pool and Eric at breakfast, they were fantastic! The breakfast staff were really flexible with dietary requirements and always made sure there were enough food options. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are a good size. Beds are super comfortable. The location is great, right on white beach and surrounded by restaurants.

This is such a phenomenal hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are so comfortable and homely. The pool area and the aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful. The restaurant is an excellent place to sit and eat. Most of all, the service by ALL was second to none and couldn’t have asked for anything more. This was all part of a soft launch, so it will only get better! Highly highly recommend staying at this superb hotel!

A hotel that deserves all 5 stars. Professional, well trained AND super friendly staff. Cuisine is also exceptionally good. Hotel organisation very good too. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast spread and a free chocolate hour 3-4 ! Wonderful staff who was soo polite and helpful no matter what you ask t them, the transfers was much more executive and exclusive from previous visits to boracay.

It is a nice, decent hotel, worth its money. Clean, with a good location (not far from the beach) and decent food. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I wouldn't give it a 5-star rating, though. However, the price is fair.

Overall, my stay was great. The staff was impeccable with their hospitality. Smiles all around. Very accomodating. The location is superb, far from the crowd but close enough to go to d’mall if need be. A very quiet spot.

We had a superb breakfast on this beach front hotel. The staff are very friendly, courteous and always smiling. The beds are comfortable and clean. This place is highly recommended.

Thanks to Anna at the reception for the 5 star checking in process. Communication with customer service was also fantastic. The staffs during our stay were helpful and attentive.
Our rooms were perfect with 360 degrees view. There were 15 of us and everyone was happy. We will definitely cone back!

Their buffet breakfast have lots of food choices and the main dishes are different each day. We enjoyed spending our late afternoons at the pool bar they make really, really good cocktails. The spa gives you the luxury experience you remember for a long time. We booked our outdoor activities from the reception it's hassle free. The airport transfer service is exceptional you feel like a VIP.

I don't rate the hotel 5 stars at all they lack the experience of hospitality , bad facilities, and F&B .
They are using the hotel for the wedding party using the swimming pool and beach and they don't care about the guests . Bad housekeeping , untrained stuff .
