The staff is kind and very professional. We loved our rooms and the beds are amazing! The food served is from great quality. We enjoyed the breakfast and food that we ordered when we had drinks in the evening.

Super modern , comfortable and spacious room. Terry friendly and helpful staff . We never caught the names of all the staff except luis who walls and incredibly helpful. It seems unfair to pick out luis because all of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lima. I would like to say that I would love to return but it’s so far away from my home in the UK. I will definitely be thinking about this company on my European travels. Thank you . Neil and Letitia .

We liked very much the whole hotel environment, the service and the food. The breakfast was delicious and the bar at the rooftop had also good drinks, snacks and great music.

If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.
