The bed was big and extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The staff and cleaners were all very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the warm atmosphere of the place. Another highlight was the restaurant across the road, which is part of the hotel. It has a great rooftop area that we enjoyed in the evenings. The location is ideal — just a short walk to all the main restaurants and bars in Casco Viejo. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the action with comfort and great service.

Friendly Staff. I forgot the name of the staff member, she was a life saver. She helped me to get a pizza ordered and delivered. We were having problems ordering online due to us only knowing English. Things like that means a lot.

Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.
