Excellent from start to finish. Breakfast , Dinner, Facilities, everyone who is working at this Hotel from the Management to the cleaners are trained to take care of their guests. specially Mr Mohammad in the Gym who took his time to go through all the facilities, Mr Moi serving at breakfast and Dinner who took extra time to make sure everything is at our disposal, and i must add it was the Best Hotel we have ever stayed at.

Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service. Thanks to Hanni and his team..

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. During out stay it was clear that customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do. The food was exceptionally good, with cooks preparing meals live right in front of you. It was a delight to watch them work their magic, and the flavors were simply outstanding. The chef cook made a point to come around to each table, introducing themselves and asking how we liked the food. This personal touch made the dining experience even more special. What really stood out was the CEO of the hotel, who was always present for the guests. They would come and talk to us, asking for feedback and how they could improve. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience and were committed to maintaining high standards. Every member of the staff, from the kitchen to the reception, cleaners, pool attendants, and sauna staff, was exceptional. They all clearly knew what they were doing and performed their duties with a level of professionalism and friendliness that is rare to find. I would give them all 10 out of 10 stars. Overall, this hotel sets a high bar for customer service and quality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
