Staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived late but we were upgraded to a bigger room - the baby crib was already there and prepared, and they set up an extra bed fairly quickly and nicely immedietly after being requested, and they also gave us late check-out without being so stingy and pushy about it. The place was also clean and very well-maintained. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, everything worked. We even let our 8 month old crawl in the bedroom, as a testment of how we felt about the cleanliness of the hotel. There was a children's play room, which had a summer camp ongoing, so we left our daughter to play there with a lot of kids for a few hours and it was super safe, engaging, and fantastic for her, absolutely wonderful. Facilities are top notch for the price we paid, including gym, pool, etc, and a great executive lounge at the top floor, which had snacks, fruits, and refreshments. The place felt lively and joyful, it is unfortionate we were staying for only one night.

Everything! It was elegant, well designed, immaculate and smelt amazing. The service was consistently excellent, from the check-in to the cleaning team, everyone at all of the restaurants and around the pool. Our room was beautiful, and spacious with excellent facilities.

The hotel is a little bit unromatically situated directly at the highway "23rd July". It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to the "Moutrah Souq". To the airport about 20 minutes. You can park in front of the hotel or in the hotel's own parking garage. A small supermarket ("Alma") is about 700m away and can be reached safely on foot. Our 1-bedroom apartment had everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a washing machine in an adjoining room. Bottled water and Nespresso pods were provided daily free of charge. The beds were the best we encountered in Oman because they were not as hard as usual. There are two restaurants in the house "Oak" and "Hamra". We were there for Ramadan, which is why the "Hamra" had a comprehensive daily Ramadan buffet at sunset for OMR 11.50 per person. We were happy to take advantage of this. However, the drinks cost considerably more in the "Hamra" than in the "Oak", which was incomprehensible to us. Breakfast was served in the "Oak". Contrary to the information on the room, there was also a buffet there, also very rich.
