The staff were so friendly & accommodating, the hotel itself was beautifully designed & the room was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight. The location, being just down the road from all the action of Ponsonby, is an easy walk but far enough away to be wonderfully quiet. We will definitely stay at Hotel Fitzroy on our next trip to Auckland.
