The location is perfect, and the reception area is beautifully designed — truly impressive from an architectural point of view. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the restaurant not only served a good breakfast but also has an amazing view, which makes dining even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Khushbu and Ranjana at the reception — they went above and beyond to assist me. They not only arranged an early check-in but also helped with urgent photocopies and even found a nearby studio through their workmate’s reference when I needed documents for my embassy travel NOC.Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. Overall, Arya Hotel & Spa combines great facilities with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended — and a special thanks again to Ranjana and Khushbu for their amazing support!

(It's much better to spend the night in the quiet and charming Bhaktapur than in the stressful and bustling Thamel in Kathmandu). We liked their hospitality and everything in general. We were welcomed with a scarf and a refreshing drink. We had an excellent, very spacious room with a balcony on the fourth floor. Breakfast and dinner were really good

The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The food was also delicious, and I really enjoyed every meal. Concierge staff Rishav, Roshan P., and Nama were especially helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again!

Thamel kitchen provides amazing breakfast and dinner. Chefs were constantly checking if I liked the food or if i requested anything special. It literally could not have been a better experience.
