Cause it's a new hotel, everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. It's a great location, has a fantastic team, and has a stunning design and view. You have a 360-degree view of the valley, and you won't find that anywhere else. The hotel was even more beautiful than the photos. I had no problems at all. It's the best in Kathmandu. I'll be back. Excellent value for money. (It's much better to spend the night in the quiet and charming Bhaktapur than in the stressful and bustling Thamel in Kathmandu). We liked their hospitality and everything in general. We were welcomed with a scarf and a refreshing drink. We had an excellent, very spacious room with a balcony on the fourth floor. Breakfast and dinner were really good

I cant fault this place. The best thing for me is how welcoming and pleasant the staff are. Also finishing a long trek and then staying in the heritage room and the design of their showers is heaven!!!!

fabuluous hotel, great place to stay after the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Short taxi ride to Thamel and other touristy locations. close to airport. Great staff. Food and drink service great, food fabulous. Really grateful for the luggage storage.
