While not crossing any border, I needed to show my visa. I had left that at the hotel. Long story short: I called the hotel, gave the code of the safe and explained where they could find our visa. The staff took a picture of it and sent it to me. This saved me from the bribe. There was also a lot of money and other stuff in the safe. The personnel of the White Orchid didn't touch anything. They were so correct and helpful. I want to give a big shoutout to everybody in this hotel. If I ever go back to Lagos, I will stay there again. Our sta was just perfect.
