We thought that being on the 10th floor and having a room on the 6th would be tolerable, but the noise turned out to be quite significant. We reported it to the reception and were given an upgrade to the 2nd floor. Blissful room, tastefully renovated, super clean. The breakfast with a view of the Saramak River was perfect; freshly squeezed pineapple, carrot... everything was warm, crispy, with discreet and professional staff, and a large, well-maintained pool, all overlooking the Kuching waterfront. After many rooftop swimming experiences, this spacious pool surrounded by a beautiful garden was a breath of fresh air.
