Incredible staff..truly. Very accommodating and on top of things. Have stayed in hotels across the world and while this one is small, they had 5 star staff. Bedroom was way bigger than expected, bathroom was huge as well. Rooftop is perfect to hangout and have a drink/cigar. If I am ever back in Merida, this is the spot!

Nice pool and terrace and great pancakes for breakfast.

Large and clean rooms, lovely building, great staff. We had an early bus to catch at 7am and they prepared a breakfast to go for us without us asking, and before the official opening time of breakfast. This was really appreciated ! I would highly recommend.
