They always go the extra mile and offer help in any situation — in our case, they kindly assisted during a brief health issue, which we appreciated deeply. Their warmth and genuine care make this place truly special. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The whole setting is all about blending completely with nature — you’ll see lizards walking across the terrace, feel the sea breeze, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the surroundings. Don’t come here having five-star ultimate luxury demands — come for something far more valuable: authenticity, calm, and a feeling of being exactly where you belong.

Have stayed in hotels across the world and while this one is small, they had 5 star staff. Bedroom was way bigger than expected, bathroom was huge as well. Rooftop is perfect to hangout and have a drink/cigar. If I am ever back in Merida, this is the spot!

Excellent central location. Beautiful pool area with comfortable loungers. Lovely upper terrace with tables and chairs. Good breakfast, although the coffee could be improved. The previous hot water issue seems to have been resolved.
