We had the best time here. The property is gorgeous. From the rooms to the facilities and the tours, everything was well taken care of. Lovely spacious rooms designed tastefully. Everything is really perfect, but the staff - above and beyond!!! Such hospitality is not so often, actually the best experience we had so far (and we are travelling a lot). We had an issue with the car and lady at the reception provided us not just information, but really help! Also, location is perfect - in the most charming area in the city! We also recommend a breakfast on the roof top. If we would be back in Tulum, for sure this hotel will be our choice.
