The property is set in a jungle with beautiful lagoons and cenotes. They have an underground river in the caves, their free guided tour is highly recommended. Their tour guide Ganzolo was excellent, very informative and accommodating. He was ready to help in every way. I would recommend hiring a car before coming to the property, it is far from downtown so going to beaches or other restaurants is difficult and expensive. Staff was very friendly specially Louis and Miguel. They had a on the house pizza night with wine, it was very good. Yoga classes were also very good.

Breakfast was exceptional. Very generous portions and healthy variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always working so hard. The location was so serene and peaceful. I loved the activities provided - the yoga, sound therapy, and painting were so enjoyable.
