Theresa did an AMAZING job cleaning the rooms and was always very happy and friendly. The gentlemen downstairs were quick to offer assistance with baggage and were always so welcoming. The staff here are incredible!

Gonzalo was there to help us with whatever we needed. Osvaldo, the chef, cooked amazing food for us at whatever time we wanted it. The continental breakfast is not the typical continental breakfast. Osvaldo made a fresh blueberry cheesecake. And fresh fruit and yogurt and granola with delicious green juice. The room was spacious and super comfortable. Wonderful hot water with water pressure. This place is definitely 5 stars.
