And the staff was amazing. Front desk, bus boys, cooking team, cleaning team, and security. Everyone was very kind and humble. Made our experience very welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and the staff was absolutely lovely. It is a bit pricey when it comes to having breakfast there but it’s worth it! Just be prepared. Gorgeous view of Morelia from the balcony.

Location, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, based on the hotel stay, staff, looks and food, I would have paid more for this stay.

At the hotel, all rooms are fitted with a desk and a flat-screen TV. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, some units at Hotel Paseo Santiago also have a balcony. The staff was exceptional. The location was great. The amenities were very acceptable. The only downside, and this is minor, is that one of the staff has to take you to the parking garage around the corner. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but thought I should mention it
