As soon as you arrive to the hotel you are greeted by the bellman, who are dressed in an antique uniform. Wonderfull staff, accurate information with our rooms and reservations. They inmediately invite you to the lounge that has an Amazing view of the Zocalo. The main focus is the architecture of the hotel, that beautiful vitral is the main character of the space. Loved it all!!!!

After an intense workout, guests can relax with an in-room massage or a drink from the room's refreshment center. One of my best hotel experiences! :) From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel is spotless and has several restaurants on-site, which is very convenient. The first night I had noisy neighbors, but the staff immediately moved me to another room without hesitation. Both rooms had beautiful views — though I especially recommend the one overlooking the park. Taxis are stationed right outside the hotel, which feels more like having high-end Ubers at your doorstep. The rooms were kept immaculate, and I really appreciated the large glass bottle of water delivered each day. The club lounge offers an à la carte breakfast with an amazing view, while the buffet on the R floor is also a solid choice, with a nice variety of food. The housekeeping staff stood out to me as well. The cleaning lady greeted me every morning, and after I came down with a fever during my stay, she even checked in to ask how I was feeling the next day — such thoughtful gestures make a big difference. The hotel also arranged for a doctor, who arrived in less than an hour. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I loved the special touch of receiving a plate of delicious chocolates on Independence Day. Overall, an outstanding stay with incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Set in Mexico City, 1.2 km from The Angel of Independence, Maison du comte offers accommodation with free bikes, private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 5-star hotel offers luggage storage space. The hotel has a sauna and room service. Our stay at Maison du Comte was fantastic! First off, the location is excellent—on a safe and quiet street in Roma, just a short walk to the livelier areas of both Roma and Condesa, with their numerous bars, boutique stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Parque México, located close by, is great for a quick morning jog as well. The house itself dates back to the early 1900s, full of character and art, and is very well maintained. There is a lovely terrace garden on the roof where you can enjoy a siesta or a pre-dinner cocktail. Our room was on the ground floor next to the small garden, part of an extension to the main house. While it didn’t quite match the charm of the rooms in the main house (which we hope to stay in during a future visit), it was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was also a good size, with hot water available 24/7. Warm blankets and a radiator helped make the room cozy for the chilly December nights. What truly made our stay special was the staff—everyone was warm, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed at any time. Breakfasts were generous and customized to our preferences. The team gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged airport transfers, and could also organize tour guides (e.g., to Teotihuacan) if needed. The neighborhood guides provided on arrival via WhatsApp were also very useful. Most of all, we will miss our morning coffees with the super-friendly house dogs, Caramelo and Mollie! We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Mexico City.
