The grounds are well maintained and the pools were spotless clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any request possible. They also offered transfer services to and from the City for very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and incredibly well maintained. Coming here was definitely a highlight for me, I didn't want to leave!

It truly exceeded our expectations! We booked this hotel for one night as the hotel we were planning/wanted to stay in was reserved for the first night of our trip. We had such an amazing experience, the room was like an apartment and had a beautiful feel, and all the staff was terrific, we dealt with Soumeya Azhari and she was excellent. Overall an excellent value for your money and a great way to experience Marrakesh. Highly recommend it!!

Riad Sybil Boutique Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Marrakech. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel has a bar and a spa and wellness centre. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bahia Palace. Stunning, immaculately clean, great location (quiet, incredibly safe, even at night: we walked close to 11pm, and felt very safe). Staff was so courteous. Our breakfasts and dinners were same level as at Le Marocain. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This was our first visit to Marrakesh, and will be back!!

The accommodation offers 5-star accommodation with an indoor pool and terrace. We arrived in Marrakesh and were welcomed with genuine hospitality. The hosts were so sincere and kind. One of the hosts (Utman) cooked us an early breakfast even before the chef arrived for the day because we had to leave for an early tour. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is also very ideal - they are secluded within the bazaar alleyway, close enough to be within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions such as jama el finaa, badi palace, etc. The feeling in the riad is very intimate because there are only 8 other guests.

Everything was perfect: spacious rooms with attention to every detail, even for kids. They had child-sized bathrobes, slippers, a kids club, and a fun donkey ride with the famous Sugar and Brownie. The welcome was exceptional, with all staff greeting us warmly and gifting the kids small donkeys. The hotel manager, Mr. Raghun, personally checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Rizk at breakfast for his kindness, and to Essam and Mohsen, the friendly golf car drivers who made getting around so easy. The staff overall were incredibly warm and helpful. The Michelin-starred Indian restaurant was amazing, and the room A/C was so good we forgot how hot it was outside. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely return!

The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at this 5-star hotel. There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.
